Sawasdee,

On behalf of Faculty of Science and Technology, Prince of Songkla University, it is our great pleasure to serve as co-host of "The 11th International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics" (IOAA), the most prestigious international competition in the field of Astronomy and Astrophysics for secondary school students. We are proud to have our 11th IOAA being held at one of the most beautiful and colorful islands in the world, Phuket, "the pearl of Andaman" for the first time ever. We believe that the magnificence of the venue will inspire the participants and team leaders to maintain the spirit of proliferating and enhancing Astronomy and Astrophysics for "the benefit of mankind" as our ultimate goal. Last but not least, this great event is not merely as an arena to compete and display the ability and passion in science but more importantly as a platform to nurture tolerance and to forge the spirit of amity and friendship among our talented youth through Astronomy and Astrophysics.

We are very excited and look forward to warmly welcoming participants from around the globe to participate in the vibrant event of the 11th IOAA in Phuket, Thailand.
